Position Summary
The Front Office Specialist serves as a leader within the Front Office team by providing exceptional customer service, supporting daily operations, mentoring Front Office Associates, and helping ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for every Gymkhana family.
This position works closely with the Front Office Director to maintain high standards of customer service, communication, and operational consistency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective Gymkhana families.
- Support the daily operation of the Front Office and assist with problem solving throughout each shift.
- Assist Front Office Associates with questions, training, and day to day support.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding Gymkhana programs, policies, and procedures.
- Assist families with registrations, class changes, payments, and general account questions.
- Respond to customer concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions.
- Help maintain accurate customer records and ensure attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Support communication between the Front Office, instructors, program leadership, and families.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming Front Office environment.
- Assist with special projects, events, and operational tasks as assigned by the Front Office Director.

Schedule Expectations
- Minimum 30 hours per week.
- Must be available to work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
